SITECH NorCal is proud to represent Level Best Precision Grading equipment. Level Best Precision Grading equipment has been made in the USA, by ATI Group, since 1996.
Why Level Best?
Accuracy
Level Best laser grading systems let you create a finish grade accurate to within 1/10th of an inch. Level Best delivers exceptional laser-grading accuracy.
Smooth Performance
Operators love how smoothly Level Best operates in tough environments to create such highly precise grades. The key is the unique Level Best hydraulic valve system that adjusts six times per second on the fly. Operation is so smooth that you never know it's working so hard.
Durability and Service Life
Level Best grading boxes and laser systems are made to the highest standards of material and craftsmanship. You can expect Level Best units to log thousands of high production hours.
Simple and Easy Operation
Learning how to use Level Best systems is fast and easy, especially for operators who have worked with other kinds of grading systems. Training operators to step up to the demands of finish grading has never been easier. Outstanding fine grading results have never been easier to achieve.
Expert Dealer Support
Level Best laser grading equipment is available only through authorized Level Best dealers. They have all the resources contractors need for reliable support to keep finish grading work on schedule.
Level Best precision grading attachments are purpose-built grading tools for compact equipment — compact track loaders, skid steers, and mini track loaders — that deliver grades within 1/10 of an inch of specification. Manufactured in New Holland, Pennsylvania, Level Best attachments are designed to integrate with the machine and technology an operator already owns.
Every Level Best attachment is designed, fabricated, and assembled in New Holland, Pennsylvania. Level Best is DEKRA certified as part of the ATI Group.
All Level Best attachments achieve grades within 0.1 inches — one-tenth of an inch.
Series & Specs
The GB Series is a grader blade for compact track loaders and skid steers, optimized for versatility, 3D contour grading, and applications like sod removal and fine grading. The PD Series is a dual-mast grading box for skid steers and compact track loaders, purpose-built around the push-pull work style of skid steers for precision leveling and material spreading. The PC Series is a dual-mast grading box sized specifically for mini track loaders and compact utility loaders, with a compact footprint for tight job sites.
The widest Level Best attachment is the GB108 Grader Blade at 108 inches, designed for compact track loaders with a recommended machine weight of 10,000 lbs.
The narrowest Level Best attachment is the PC48 at 48 inches, designed for mini track loaders and compact utility loaders.
Choosing the Right Series
Compact track loader operators can choose between the GB Series Grader Blade and the PD Series Grading Box. The GB Series is the better fit for versatile grading work including 3D contour grading, sod removal, and fine grading across varied terrain. The PD Series is the better fit for precision leveling and material spreading where smooth, consistent passes are the priority.
Both the GB Series and the PD Series are compatible with skid steers. The PD Series is purpose-built around the push-pull directional movement of skid steer loaders and is specifically designed to eliminate the bounce effect common in skid steers due to their short wheelbase. Note that the PD Series requires a case drain — a third hydraulic line — in addition to auxiliary hydraulics.
The PC Series Dual-Mast Grading Box is the purpose-built solution for mini track loaders and compact utility loaders. At 48 or 60 inches wide and under 600 lbs, it is the only Level Best attachment designed for smaller machines.
Grade Control & Technology
Level Best attachments use the host machine's existing OEM joystick controls for intuitive, proportional operation. No additional control hardware is required beyond the machine's standard auxiliary hydraulics.
Yes. All Level Best attachments are factory-ready for both 2D and 3D grade control technology, compatible with your preferred platform straight from the factory.
Factory 2D and 3D ready means the attachment ships with the mounting hardware and mast poles needed to integrate with 2D and 3D grade control systems, with no additional fabrication or modification required. The operator can connect their preferred grade control receiver and begin grading to precise specifications immediately.
Level Best attachments are compatible with Trimble, Leica, and other leading grade control platforms. They support GPS, total stations, sonic technology, and horizontal laser systems combined with satellite vertical reference. Contact your SITECH dealer for Trimble-specific configuration and pricing.
Yes. Level Best attachments support the Trimble Earthworks GO! package for 2D automated grading, and are compatible with Trimble GCS900 and other Trimble grade control systems. Contact your SITECH dealer for configuration options and pricing.
Hydraulics, Maintenance & Design
All Level Best attachments require auxiliary hydraulics on the host machine. The PD Series has an additional requirement: the loader must be equipped with a case drain — a third hydraulic line — or catastrophic valve damage will result. The GB and PC Series do not require a case drain. Buyers should verify their machine's hydraulic configuration before selecting a series.
All Level Best attachments include foam-filled tires to eliminate flat tire risk on debris-filled job sites, and a reversible cutting edge to extend blade service life. All three series also include an oscillating front axle to stabilize the attachment and maintain consistent ground contact during operation.
The oscillating front axle allows the front of the attachment to flex independently as it moves over uneven ground. This keeps the cutting edge in consistent contact with the surface throughout the pass, improving grade accuracy and reducing corrective passes. All three Level Best series include an oscillating front axle as a standard feature.
Cost, Use Cases & Getting Started
Level Best positions its precision grading attachments at approximately half the cost of a new pickup truck, making 1/10th-inch grading accuracy accessible without a major capital investment. Contact your SITECH dealer for current pricing on specific models.
Level Best states that even a new operator can be grading at a productive level within hours, not months, due to the intuitive OEM joystick integration and stable platform design.
Level Best attachments are used across a wide range of applications including site preparation, finish grading, fine grading, leveling gravel, backfilling, material spreading, 3D contour grading, and sod removal on construction sites, commercial developments, landscaping projects, and more.
