Construction Technology Training

Practical Training for Construction Technology

Get more from your SITECH and Trimble technology with training grounded in real field workflows.

SITECH training helps operators, grade setters, field engineers, project managers and estimators use positioning, machine control and paving technology more confidently. Courses combine system fundamentals, software instruction and hands-on practice with the equipment and workflows participants encounter on the job.

Turn Technology into a Working Advantage

Construction technology produces value when people understand how to set it up, use it and recognize when something is not working correctly.

SITECH training can help your team:

  • Reduce grading errors and avoid preventable rework
  • Reach grade in fewer passes
  • Limit over-excavation and unnecessary material use
  • Reduce delays caused by damaged or missing stakes
  • Improve communication between the field and office
  • Use existing equipment and software more consistently
  • Make better-informed production and estimating decisions

When properly configured and operated, machine control can support material placement with millimeter accuracy. Better control may also allow contractors to bid closer to design quantities instead of carrying a 10–15% material-waste allowance to account for over-excavation and placement uncertainty.

Results will vary by application, equipment, site conditions and operator experience.
